3. Quote Proposal: After the introductory call, we send a detailed proposal outlining the different packages, services, and pricing.
4. Package Selection: You review the proposal and select the package that best suits your needs.
5. Deposit Payment: We issue an invoice for the deposit, payable via a secure payment link or bank transfer.
6. Itinerary Creation: Once the deposit is received, our team will provide a timeline and begin crafting your personalized itinerary.
7. Completion & Final Payment: Upon completion of the service, we send the final invoice for the remaining balance.
8. Concierge Services: For packages that include our dedicated 24/7 concierge team, this service will be available before and during your stay.

Pricing is based on the duration of your stay, seasonality, and the number of travelers in your group. Additionally, costs are shaped by the exclusive experiences and personalized services you choose.

We prioritize full transparency in our pricing, allowing you to follow the costs throughout the duration of the planning.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and secure payment links. Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the services booked. We provide clear terms in our agreements to ensure transparency.

We strive to accommodate changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Our local team is available to assist with rescheduling or alternative arrangements as needed.
